The Tower of David Museum of the History of Jerusalem is situated in the Citadel known as the Tower of David next to the Jaffa Gate of Jerusalem's Old City. The Museum tells the story of Jerusalem, starting from the first evidence of settlement in the second millennium BCE, through the Caananite, First and Second Temple, Roman, Byzantine, Muslim, Crusader, Ayyubid, Mamluk, Ottoman and British Mandate periods.
The Citadel provides a breathtaking 360-degree view of the Old City of Jerusalem, as well as many parts of New Jerusalem.
As well as its permanent exhibition that re-tells Jerusalem's history, the Museum stages temporary exhibitions which integrate issues of artistic and historical significance in the Museum's breathtaking backdrop.

If you wish to cancel your tickets, please notify us (info@thingstodoisrael.com) at least 48 hours in advance, and only a handling charge of NIS 9.90 per booking will be charged.
Notification of less than 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 100%, as will a "no-show" on the day.
