If you wish to change the date of your tickets, please notify us (info@thingstodoisrael.com) at least 48 hours before the original tour date, and no fee will be charged.
If you wish to cancel your tickets, please notify us (info@thingstodoisrael.com) at least 48 hours before the original tour date, and only a handling charge of NIS 20 per booking (regardless of the number of passengers) will be charged.
Notification of less than 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 100%, as will a "no-show" on the day.
Please note that charges for the tour will appear under "Israel ITicketing" on your credit card statement.
